🍪Raspberry pistachio cookies
Ingredients:
120g flour
35ml milk
55g cane sugar (plain white is fine)
70g butter
50g pistachios
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
Method:
1. Mix softened butter with flour and all the dry ingredients. Add milk. Knead until you have a homogeneous dough. Add peeled pistachios and white chocolate (optional).
2. Spread the dough on parchment paper or a baking mat and form cookies.
3. Decorate each cookie with fresh or freeze-dried raspberries and bake at 190-200°C for 15-17 minutes.
