Today marks the last day of the month for breast awareness around the 🌎. I did this video last year and I’m posting it today to serve as a reminder to ladies out there to always do their self check at the end of their menstruation 🩸 period.
Ladies do your self check and mammogram to stay healthy. Health is wealth.
Don’t ignore abnormal signs of your body ladies.
