DEPARTMENT OF RECORDS & ADMISSIONS NOTICE OF DOCUMENT SUBMISSION FOR SUCCESSFUL ENTRANCE APPLICANTS.

The Records & Admissions Department of Stella Maris Polytechnic University (SMPU) is pleased to inform all applicants who successfully passed the University's Entrance Examination that the submission of admission documents is currently ongoing.

All successful candidates are encouraged to complete the document submission process, which is necessary for enrollment in their respective academic programs for the upcoming academic year 2026/2027.

Submission Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Applicants should visit the Admissions Office during these hours to submit the required documents and finalize all admission procedures.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS Successful applicants must submit the following:
1. Original and photocopy of WAEC/WASSCE Certificate or Result Slip.
2. Original and photocopy of High School Diploma/Certificate.
3. Official High School Transcript (if applicable).
4.Two recent passport-size photographs.
5.Completed Admission Application Form.
6.Entrance Examination Result Slip.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Applicants are advised to submit their documents as soon as possible to avoid delays in registration and course enrollment. - Admission is provisional until all necessary documents have been verified and approved by the University. - Incomplete documentation may lead to delays in processing admission and registration.

SPIRITAN ACADEMY SPECIAL VACATION SCHOOL PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENT (2026)

The Administration of Spiritan Academy is pleased to announce the commencement of its Special Vacation School Program 2026, designed to help students strengthen their academic performance, develop practical skills, and prepare effectively for the 2026–2027 Academic Year.

This comprehensive vacation program offers a unique opportunity for students from Spiritan Academy and other schools to engage in academic enrichment, skills development, and hands-on learning activities in a safe and disciplined educational environment.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to provide any additional materials their children may need during the program.

Dress Code
As a Catholic educational institution, all students are expected to dress decently and appropriately.
Students should avoid:
Tight trousers
Mini-skirts
Muscle shirts
Inappropriate clothing
Remember, your appearance reflects your character and values.

⚠️ Health and Safety Guidelines
To ensure a healthy learning environment:
Hand washing is compulsory before entering the school compound.
Every student must bring a personal hand sanitizer.
Sharing of lunch is prohibited.
Students who feel unwell should remain at home and seek medical attention.
Parents and guardians should immediately notify the school of any illness affecting a student.

Payment Procedure
Obtain a bank deposit slip from the Finance Office.
Deposit the required fees into the designated bank account.
Present the original bank deposit slip to the Finance Office after payment.
Collect your official receipt and registration documents.

Note: No payment should be made to any individual other than through the designated bank deposit process.
