As you develop you communication and leadership skill, you get the privilege to mentor and help other members grow. It’s a wonderful feeling to inspire someone to self discovery. You also learn mentorship skills.

Once you join a Toastmasters club, you’ll be assigned a mentor to help you through the process of delivering your speeches; and navigating through Toastmasters’ activities.
