JPI Liberia National President Addresses Over 5,000 Leaders at International Leadership Convention.

It was an honor to have our National President of JPI Liberia address an audience of over 5,000 professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers at the JPI International Leadership Convention in Lagos, Nigeria. This prestigious gathering brought together some of the most forward-thinking minds dedicated to shaping the future of governance, leadership, and economic development across Africa.

In his powerful address, the National President emphasized the urgent need for transformational leadership—one that extends beyond politics and prioritizes sustainable impact, economic empowerment, and community development. He challenged the audience to rethink leadership, stating:

“True leadership is not about titles or authority; it is about the ability to inspire, influence, and drive meaningful economic change.”

A key focus of his speech was the empowerment of Africa’s greatest resource—its people, particularly its youth. He underscored the importance of nurturing independent, innovative, and solution-driven young leaders, as they hold the key to unlocking Africa’s full potential.

In a historic moment for leadership and youth empowerment, Jamie Pajoel International (JPI) Liberia witnessed the official commissioning and oath-taking of its new National President during the JPI Global Convention in Lagos, Nigeria. JPI Liberia National President Otis Togbah Tarwoe is set to represent Liberia at the Jamie Pajoel International (JPI) Youth Convention in Lagos, Nigeria.
During this prestigious gathering, Tarwoe will be officially commissioned and take the oath of office before an audience of 5,000 international dignitaries as he assumes the role of East Africa Regional Coordinator.

As a visionary leader, Tarwoe brings a wealth of experience to this position. He is the Founder and CEO of the Visionary School of Leadership and Development and Tarwoe Global Consulting. Additionally, he serves as the International Coordinator for Africa Initiatives at Oaks of Central PA. His contributions to leadership, personal development, and international collaboration have earned him recognition as a renowned global speaker and the author of eight impactful books.

While in Nigeria, President Tarwoe will hold strategic meetings with JPI Global President, Dr. Jamie Pajoel, and other distinguished international guests. A key highlight of these discussions will be the official announcement of the JPI Liberia Youth Convention, marking a significant milestone for young leaders in Liberia.

It was a resounding appearance today on the Bumper Show on state radio ELBC, where Otis Togbah Tarwoe, the President of the JPI Liberia Chapter, shared his bold vision for the future of the organization and its impact on the youth of Liberia.
