Happy International Women’s Day from all of us at FARA Consulting Group! Today we celebrate the achievements, resilience, and leadership of women everywhere.

Kindness Z. Kwanwah is a dynamic and versatile leader, a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, and the Founder and Executive Director of Women’s Voices Global, where she leads transformative programs that empower women and girls to challenge societal norms, overcome discrimination, and combat violence. Under her visionary leadership, the organization champions gender equality, advocacy, and policy reform, driving tangible change across Liberian communities. She is also a public speaker and an expert in marketing, branding, and strategic communication.

A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement, Kindness combines academic knowledge with hands-on advocacy to design innovative strategies that raise awareness and secure justice for women and girls. Her professional journey bridges activism and institutional frameworks, creating lasting impact at both community and organizational levels. She is currently pursing her Master’s degree in International Relations with concentration on Foreign Leadership Service at the AME graduate school.

As a Radio Talk Show Host, she has interviewed prominent leaders, including Madam Jewel Howard Taylor, when she was the Vice President of the Republic of Liberia, in 2022, and numerous inspiring women. Through media, she amplifies the voices of women and girls, sparking dialogue and mobilizing communities around critical social issues.

Kindness is an alumna of the Young Political Leadership School Africa under NAYMOTE Liberia, and the Youth Elections Fellows Program hosted by the U.S. Embassy in Liberia and Naymote Liberia. She has completed a wide range of high-impact trainings and earned certifications in programs such as:

_Customized Voter and Civic Education Module – Building Resources in Democracy, Governance, and Elections (BRIDGE)
_Political Leadership & Campaign Training of Trainers (TOT) – UN Women Liberia
_Youth Elections Fellows Program Naymote Liberia & U.S. Public Diplomacy.
