Subject: ENRICHMENT PROGRAM ( VACATION SCHOOL) AND ENTRANCE/ADMISSION TEST

1) Information booklets for academic 2026/2027 are now available in the Business and Finance Office for $5 USD or its equivalence in Liberiàn dollars per booklet..

2) Registration for both the Enrichment Program ( Vacation School) and the Entrance/Admission Test are now on going Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the JJRUMS Business Office on campus - 12th Street, Sinkor
3) The cost of the Enrichment Program ( Vacation School) is $100 USD( one hundred United States dollars) per student at all levels( Day Care to grade 12) .

4) The Enrichment Program ( Vacation School) will include academic, skills training, and cultural dance Practices.

5) The Enrichment Program ( Vacation School) starts on Monday, July 13 and ends on Friday, August 21, 2026.

6) The Enrichment Program ( Vacation School) is compulsory for :
i) All WASSCE candidates or 12th graders
ii) Àll WAEC EXAMS candidates or students in grades 3, 6, and 9
iii) All students promoted to Transitional Classes or all students promoted to grades 1, 7, and 10
iv) All students promoted under condition who attended the Remedial Program .
v) All students with accumulated yearly averages below 75 , and
Vi ) All new students wishing to enroll in JJRUMS Senior High Division

7) The cost for the entrance/admission test is $40 USD( forty United States dollars) .

8) The entrance/admission tests dates are August 1 and 8 , 2026 on the school campus beginning at 9:00 AM each school day.

BEGINNING THE INCOMING SCHOOL YEAR( ACADEMIC 2026/2027), THE J. J. ROBERTS UNITED METHODIST SCHOOL ( JJRUMS) WILL OPERATE A DAY CARE CENTER FOR PRE-SCHOOLERS. WALKING CHILDREN ( 8 MONTHS TO 35 MONTHS OLD) ARE ALLOWED TO ENROLL.

MOREOVER, THE SCHOOL ( JJRUMS) IS STILL OPERATING ITS EARLY CHILDHOOD ( FROM 3 YEARS OLD) AND ITS GRADES LEVELS( GRADES 1 TO 12) ACADEMIC PROGRAM.
