Today, we celebrate one of our 2023 award recipients Gebah V. Konneh as he debut his spoken word poetry single, title, "Echoes of a Conqueror" as his birthday gift to all.

In this electrifying piece, he channel the indomitable spirit of the African warrior in him who has journeyed through battles of the mind and heart, and with resilience, has triumphed over darkness. This piece echoes every victory on his journey resonating through time, a manifesto of strength, survival, and the audacious rewriting of narratives. It's dedicated to all the champions out here beating odds.

A special congratulations to award winning Scholar Musa Jabateh Fofana on his graduation this year.

Scholar Musa, a 2017 St. Simon Baptist High School valedictorian, is pursuing his goal of playing professional football with Cece United in the top division of Liberian football. It has been difficult for him to balance football and education, but we are proud of him for reaching this milestone.
