Today's reminder: your story isn't just yours; the lesson you learned the hard way, the door you opened when no one would, the mistakes you survived and turned into wisdom, someone else is praying for the exact breakthrough right now.

Our beloved sister, don't shrink your journey because it doesn't look like anyone else's. The woman you are becoming is already helping someone else.β€οΈπŸ’œπŸ˜Š

Child labour is not only violation of children's rights but also a form of abuse that robs children of their dignity, education, health and future.
The Children's Protection and Welfare Act 2011 guarantees every child the right to education, shelter, health care and protection from exploitative labour, while Labour Act 2024 expressly prohibits child labour including it's worst forms for all persons under the age of 18.
Children belong in classrooms, safe homes and playgrounds not in fields and factories.

Today, 12 June; let us all work together to protect children, promote their well being and ensure that adults have access to decent work so that no child is forced into labour.

: Thella hee

Culture shapes us but some practices can also break us.

With Thella hee we are starting honest conversations about Lesotho traditions that unintentionally lead to the violence, because some practices passed down as "normal" have been causing harm for too long.

Culture belongs to all of us, what's one practice that you have seen or experienced that made you pause and think?
