The Regional Value Chains Lesotho Project (RVCL+) in cooperation with Ministry of Trade, Industry and Business Development and co-financed by the European Union and German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development in collaboration with Limkokwing University and GFA consulting is excited to announce the upcoming PELE (Pioneering Excellence in Lesotho Expression) High Level Fashion Show, where creativity, craftsmanship and culture collide on one unforgettable runway.
