🇩🇪 German major asset managers are ready to accelerate the adoption!

We were honored to cohost the exclusive DLT Pioneers event with 21x, KPMG Deutschland, Apex Group, and YPOG in Frankfurt last night.

Enforcing the regulation is a key step toward tokenizing assets in Germany. The eWpG allows bearer bonds, mortgage bonds (Pfandbriefe) and certain fund units to be issued on a DLT registrar.

Under Article 17 of the eWpG, registrars must ensure the decentralized register includes critical information about registered securities, such as:
