ZEMMOURI Najlae et la société COL BAIL, Nouveau propriétaire du Riad Abaka fasciné par la ville rouge, ont aquis le Riad le 27/09/2018 et l'ont rénové toute de suite pour le ré ouvrir le 01/05/2019, c'était un défis que nous avons pris, un petit joyaux que nous avons conçu par amour, et nous lui avons donné une nouvelle vie toute en respectant l'architecture traditionnelle marocaine d’un Riad.
La medina abrite un nombre impressionnant de chefs-d’œuvre de l’architecture et de l’art : remparts et portes monumentales, mosquée de la Koutoubia, tombeaux saâdiens, ruines du palais Badiâ, palais Bahia...
L’établissement bénéficie de deux patios : un petit jardin à l'entrée, une piscine centrale, en bar télé, un salon restaurant, une grande terrasse, un solarium vue la mosquée Koutoubia, ...
