His Royal Highness the Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan presided in Kenitra over the graduation ceremony of the 26th Higher Defense Course and the 60th Staff Course, held under the High Instructions of King Mohammed VI, Supreme Commander and Chief of General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces.
