Job Description

The employee must know all the operations and processes of accounting transactions. The person hired will work independently, and will be responsible for the accounts of the financial operations of the organization, including maintenance accounting system for recording financial transactions.

Responsibilities
• Recording accounting documents internal accounting system of the company
• Processing of accounting data
• Update and and keep a records of documents regarding various financial transactions
• Collecting and recording their bills .
• Manage and track creditors and debtors accounts
• Records of fixed assets and coordinating the annual inventory
• Keeping stock OMVSD and consumers their supplies and disposal according to the designed purposes
• Prepare monthly reports to be submitted as required by law .

Qualifications
Studies: University Degree in Accounting;
Experience: at least 1 year experience in accounting including good knowledge of 1C:7, 1C8.2.

Others:
- Knowledge of Romanian, Russian. Good English is a must.
- Ability to work independent without supervision and permanent guidance
- Ability to work in Excel, Word
- Capacity to analyze and control
