အခြေခံလျှပ်စစ် အလုပ်လုပ်ပုံ တိုင်းတာစစ်ဆေးနည်း အပိုင်း(၁)
For single phase induction motor
#ဒီ motor က အိမ်မှာဆို water pump နဲ့ fan မှာသုံးပါတယ်
# constant speed motor အမျိုးစားဖြစ်ပါတယ်
# motor တလုံးမှာ stator winding(coil အသေ) နဲ့ rotor winding (လှည်နေတဲ့coil) ဆိုပြီး နှစ်ပိုင်း ခွဲခြားလို့ရတယ်
# stator winding မှာ starting winding နဲ့ rinning winding ဆိုပြီး coil နှစ်ခုပါပါတယ်
# single motorတိုင်း မှာ ကိုယ်ကိုတိုင်လှည်နိုင်စွမ်းမရှိပါဘူး။ ထို့ကြောင့် motor စလှည်ဖို့အတွက် stator မှာ starting winding ကိုထည့်​​ပးေထားခြင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
# stator winding နဲ့ motor စလှည့်ဖို့ starting torque ရဖို့ Capacitor ကိုလိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
မကောင်းရင်လဲ motor မလှည်ပါ။
#သတ်မှာထားတဲ့ rpm ပြည့်ရင် current က starting winding ကနေ running winding ထဲကိုပြောင်းစီးပါတယ်။ ထိုအချိန်မှာ starting winding အလုပ်မလုပ်တော့ပါ။

ပြစ်ချက်ရှာခြင်း
# ပထမဦးဆုံး rotor ကိုလက်နဲ့လှည့်ကြည့်ပါ။ smooth ဖြစ်မဖြစ် ကြပ်နေရင် ball bearing ပျက်နေတယ်။ ball လဲဖို့လို ။ motor ဖြုတ်တော့မယ်ဆို stator အုံကို ဟိုဘက်ဒီဘက်မှတ်ထားပါ။ ဟိုဘက်ဒီဘက်မှားတပ်ရင် motor ပြောင်းပြန်လှည်ပါတယ်။
# Coil ကောင်းမကောင်း စစ်ဆေးရမယ်
# Ohm တိုင်းစစ်ရမယ်
# common (c) , staring coil (s), running coil(r)
ဆိုပြီးကြိုးသုံးစထွက်ပါမယ်
# C>S>R ohm တုန်ဖိုး C-S နှစ်စ ohm value, C-R ohm value, S-R Ohm value ကိုmeterနဲ့တိုင်းပါ
# c ohm value သည် s ohm value ထက်ကြီးရမယ်
# s ohm value သည် r ohm valve ထက်ကြီးရမယ်
# earth ( motor body) E နဲ့ C, E နဲ့ S, E နဲ့ R ကို meter နဲ့တိုင်းကြည့်ပါ။ Continuity ရှိမရှိ လျော့ကျမကျ စစ်ဆေးပါ။ Continuity ရှိရင် coilပျက် motor မကောင်းတော့ပါ။
# Capacitor နှစ်စကိုကြိုးဖြုတ်ပြီးတိုင်းကြည့်ပါ
သတ်ထားသည့် တန်ဖိုးရှိမရှိ စစ်ဆေးပါ။
Capacitor မကောင်းရင်လဲမော်တာမည်နိုင်ပါ။

ကျောင်းပြီးခါစညီလေးတွေ လျပ်စစ်ဝါသနာပါသူတွေ အတွက်ရည်ရွယ်ခြင်းဖြစ် သိသမျှတတ်သမျှကို မျှဝေခြင်းဖြသ်ပါသည်။
