Admin & HR Assistant (M-1post)
📝 Job Responsibilities
-Assist with daily administrative and office operations.
-Support recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews.
-Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
-Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
-Prepare HR-related reports and documents.
-Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and general administration.
-Support attendance, leave, and employee records management.
-Arrange meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and coordinate internal communications.
-Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
-Perform other administrative and HR duties assigned by management.
🎯 Job Requirements
-Any Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or certificate in Human Resource Management (HRM). Business, Admin Related Field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in -Administration and/or Human Resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn.
-Basic English communication skills are preferred.
-Must be able to travel.
Salary- depend on experience.

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field diploma or certificate."

• Provide Level 2/3 Technical Support for customers and internal teams.

• At least 2 years of experience in Senior Support.

• Diagnose and resolve advanced issues related to software, systems, or network configurations.

• Collaborate with the development team to escalate unresolved technical issues.

• Ensure timely follow-up, customer satisfaction, and proper communication throughout issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate documentation for all support cases.

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

• Lead and mentor junior support staff when necessary.

• Applicants with proven experience in software training and data implementation will be given preference.

• The candidate must be able to work in long-term collaboration. Due to office requirements, the candidate should also be able to travel with the team."

Working Days: Mon to Fri (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)

Off Days: Sat/Sun & Public Holiday
