Position Overview:
Responsible for creating creative ideas and designs artwork development aligned with brand guidelines to achieve business goal.
Core Task:
Creative conceptualizing and planning
· Participate in Creative Conceptualizing with the team, generate ideas and visual concepts
· Coordinate scheduling, workflow, and deadlines for multiple creative-related projects
· Take overall responsibility for all online and offline creatives including social media design, layout design, illustrations, banners, certificate, photo retouching etc.
· Ensure all creatives produced meets the brand guideline, a high standard of visual ex*****on across all communication platforms and the deadline
· Get creatives reviewed by manager and requestors to ensure they are satisfied with the work created
Core Task:
Creative conceptualizing and planning

Assisting the creative project which indirectly related
· Assist with other creative-related projects such as photo shooting, as needed. Make sure appropriate events are being filmed, and take pictures when needed
Qualification and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design or Art
· More than 2 years of relevant experience in design, graphic design, brand functionality at local or international organizations.
Required skills

· Good English Communication
· Great knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles
· Strong ability to translate requirements into design
· Typography knowledge
· Basic Photography knowledge
