We evolve. We change. We become modern. All these are possible because somewhere long the way a person is thinking “There has to be a better way.”

Innovation only possible when we deliver a value to other. When you do, you gain more than 1000 fold in return. Thus, this make “innovation” the most advance currency in today wold. If not billions, millions of people depend on it. Corporations, hospitals, universities, SMEs, even nations depend on it.

Yet, no one know how to formulate it. There is no simple way to copy innovation process. It all came in different forms and shape.

We are so focus on process and systems, we forget about entrepreneurs who make innovation possible. Deep down we all have entrepreneurial spirit. We all want to think differently. We all want to take risk. It is the societal norms and cultural value that corrupted us no to do so. By blaming, shaming and out-casting those who different.
