Experience: 1–2 years in IT Support / Helpdesk
Education: IT, Computer Science, or related diploma/degree

✅ Skills Required:
- Windows OS, Basic Networking, Active Directory, Microsoft Office
- Troubleshooting & problem-solving
- Good English communication (spoken and written)
- Age: Under 30

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Off Days: Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays

- Technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment
- Software and operating system installation/configuration
