Refund Update

We want to say thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

We know many of you are still waiting for your refund and we’re truly sorry it’s taking longer than the 3–5 days we originally advised. The volume of requests has been much higher than expected and we’re working through them as quickly and carefully as we can.

Please rest assured every eligible customer will receive their refund. No one has been forgotten and no follow-up email is needed. Our team is prioritising this and processing each refund as swiftly as possible.

Important Update from Universal Air ⚠️

Universal Air will continue scheduled flight operations until 30 May 2025, with services ceasing from 31 May 2025.

We know how disappointing travel disruptions can be and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Customers with affected bookings are being contacted directly and full refunds are being processed automatically — no action needed.

We remain fully operational through our Charter and ACMI services ✈️
