🏆 From Award Win to EU Success Story: Celebrating a Landmark Year for BCThubs!

As we approach the end of an incredibly productive year, we can announce that our Horizon Europe funded BCThubs project; coordinated by Inés Boujmil, in which AquaBioTech Group plays a key role as a Malta Hub partner, has been officially featured as a Success Story by the Initiative and the European Commission Maritime Affairs & Fisheries (EU MARE) 🌊

This recognition follows our recent win of the WestMED Best Project Award 2025 in the category and underscores the significant impact our consortium is making in the field of Underwater Cultural Heritage (UCH) and Blue Culture Technology.

As part of the Malta Hub, together with our national partners Superintendence of Cultural Heritage (SCH), DAN Europe, and the Institute of Tourism Studies | ITS Studies (ITS), we have contributed to:

✅ Building a sustainable innovation ecosystem through stakeholder engagement and legal frameworks.
