RM Construction, a company established well within the Construction Industry for the past 5 years is seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. As a key member of our office, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing administrative support to our team. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:
• Preparing and processing paperwork related to projects both during the development phase and also when selling /renting the properties developed
• Ensuring all required documentation for regulatory compliance in the sector is completed and filed
• Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and expense tracking
• Answering phone calls, emails, and managing office correspondence
• Responding emails in a timely and professional manner
• Addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues related to projects or properties
• Organizing and maintaining filing systems (both physical and digital)
Skillsets and Requirements:
• Candidates must be already based in Malta
• Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in office administration preferably in a related sector
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail without overlooking key information
• Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay on top of multiple ongoing tasks
Education and Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in office administration. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in the construction sector
• Professional certifications related to office administration will be considered as an asset

• Organizing packages and documents by order of stop to prevent possible confusion and a delay in planned timing for routes
• Obtaining signatures, appropriate documentation and payments for items picked up or delivered
• Checking with the home office to report and confirm successful deliveries and check on new assigned delivery orders
