Most phone repairs fail because of something that was not checked before the device was closed.

Our standard before any device leaves the bench includes screen response across every corner, battery cycle count and charge behaviour, front and rear camera focus and alignment, speaker and microphone output, and charging port function, where the condition of the device allows for it.

Occasionally, something that was not present during testing can appear shortly after a repair. This is usually a pre-existing condition in the device that was not triggered at the time. If that happens, bring it back. We will check it and tell you honestly whether it is related to the repair or something separate.
