We're thrilled to share that the Ministry of Youth, through the office of the Nkhatabay District Youth Office, engaged our program coordinator Mr Alex Phiri to coordinate the reflection meeting on sexual reproductive health and rights, mental health, and climate change that was conducted in the Nkhatabay District Youth Office. The engagement aims to dig out issues young people face in the district pertaining to SRHR, mental health, and climate change. The initiative targets T/A-based youth leaders, CBDAs, peer educators, and mentors.

Our programs coordinator Mr Alex Phiri has been greatly honored to be part of the 4-days comprehensive sexuality education being conducted by the Nkhatabay district youth office under the support of UNFPA Malawi. The training is targeting TA-based youth leaders in Nkhatabay with the purpose of reducing cases of teenage pregnancies and early marriages, which are currently very high in the district.
