One of a kind experience! Juan is extremely friendly and professional! I was visiting family in Monterrey and wanted to see great sights. Juan arrived ahead of schedule to pick up my cousins and I and drove us to Santiago to see Cola de Caballo. He made sure we were safe and taken care of. He BBQed for us after we were done seeing the waterfall. DELICIOUS! Following the waterfall sighting, he took us to Bio Parque Estrella. Absolutely beautiful. I never felt rushed (as we ended up spending 7 hours having fun instead of the 3 hours I had initially quoted). I was extremely pleased and felt safe and well attended to. I highly recommend MYSHUTTLE to anyone visiting Monterrey, whether it be for business or pleasure.
