Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: [Puebla]

We are seeking an experienced HRBP with exceptional communication skills in English to join our team.

As an HRBP, you will play a critical role in providing HR support to our employees and leadership team, and in driving the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
Provide HR guidance to employees and managers on HR-related issues, policies and procedures
Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Act as a trusted advisor to the business and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an HRBP, with experience in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze HR data to inform decision making
Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing high-quality HR support
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
