• Lipo 360 with VASER + MicroAire
• Glute-only fat transfer (no hips)

This time we performed a breast lift without implants, using her own internal breast tissue to create upper fullness, roundness, and stability while achieving a natural implant-like appearance.

We also performed Lipo 360 with fat transfer to the glutes only, without adding more volume to the hips, creating a more refined and balanced silhouette. Previously, we had already performed her tummy tuck with hip and glute fat transfer.
