Steps: Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil with a pinch of regular salt. Add the frozen edamame pods and boil for 4-5 minutes until bright green and tender. Drain thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel. Transfer the warm pods to a serving bowl and toss generously with coarse, flaky sea salt crystals. Serve immediately!

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp strawberry or grape jelly
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, and honey. Stir well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
Before serving, stir well. Add a little more milk if needed.
Top with a dollop of jelly and swirl it in.
