We’re proud to celebrate the successful implementation of the IDB Property Management System (PMS) at Koh Totung Resort, Cambodia 🏝️

Through close collaboration, adaptability, and strong teamwork, we were able to turn challenges into progress and plans into results.

Today, the resort is better equipped with streamlined processes, improved visibility, and the tools needed to deliver even more memorable stays for their guests.

Spent the day at Grand Ion Delemen and Grand Ion Majestic checking on the deployment of our IDB self-check-in kiosks.

We built this tech to streamline operations and empower guests. Seeing it in action—validating IDs, assigning rooms, and dispensing keys in seconds—confirms we’re on the right track.

On-the-ground feedback is the fuel for our next update.

A Whirlwind 48 Hours in Langkawi – Reconnecting and Looking Ahead! ✨

Just wrapped up two incredibly hectic yet profoundly rewarding days in the beautiful Langkawi!

Over the past 48 hours, we have the privilege of visiting 15 partner hotels across the island to extend personal Chinese New Year greetings 🧧 and strengthen our relationships. It was wonderful to reconnect face-to-face, share festive wishes for prosperity and success in the Year of the Horse, and discuss opportunities for the year ahead.

Amidst the visits, we also attended the Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) Annual General Meeting. A valuable opportunity to engage with industry leaders, gain insights into the national hospitality landscape, and contribute to discussions shaping tourism’s future in Malaysia.

As the vibrant festival of Thaipusam approaches, we reflect on its powerful themes of faith, perseverance, and spiritual triumph.

Thaipusam is more than a celebration—it’s a reminder of the strength that comes from dedication, the courage to overcome challenges, and the beauty of community support. Whether through prayer, sacrifice, or silent reflection, this day inspires us to embrace resilience in both personal and professional journeys.
