**National Eye Survey IV (NES IV) 2025 is now happening in Penang!**

📣 To all Penang residents aged **50 and above** — you may be selected to take part in the **National Eye Survey (NES IV)**, a nationwide study to determine the **level of blindness among Malaysians**.

📊 Vision loss and preventable blindness are on the rise. Many people only realise they have serious eye problems when it’s already too late.

NES IV aims to:
✅ Assess the **true level of blindness** among Malaysians
✅ Identify the **main causes of preventable blindness**
✅ Help improve and plan better eye care services for all

👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ Our team — including optometrists, doctors, and nurses — will visit selected communities to offer **free eye screenings**.

📍 If you are selected, please **give your full cooperation**.
✅ The screening is **simple, safe, and confidential**.
