Hi, our students are entering a video competition with the Young Innovate Competition. For this part of the competition, only the top 5 videos will be considered for the finals.

They are currently very very behind in the competition - the top video has 500+ likes, while they only have 20 to 80 likes. I would like to ask for your help to like their videos.
Here is how you can help:

1) Click like on the "Chumbaka" page. https://www.facebook.com/chumbaka.asia/?fref=ts

2) Please like the following videos: (a) YI 082 - TFXYZ, (b) YI 079 - RC BOYZ, and (c) YI 080 - TXIN2.

Remember that ONLY likes on the Chumbaka page will be considered!

Please do help. The students worked so hard to make the video of their innovation product. They are currently busy campaigning for their video. It would really mean a lot to them to see public support.

Thanks!

ScienceCenter organised it's first ever exhibition last weekend during SMK Raja Tun Uda's Hari Kokurikulum. It was a grand opportunity to showcase their work! Many people visited the ScienceCenter exhibition, where students' work including Scratch projects, Arduino projects, furniture built during Benih camp, Lego Mindstorms, and prototypes built using recycled material were on display. We were proud to see our students taking the initiative to explain their projects to visitors of the exhibition.

We would also like to congratulate the school's English drama team for winning the performance competition of Hari Kokurikulum! ScienceCenter is proud to have helped with the building of props for the English drama production.

We finished our second class in Scratch. The theme was "Dance Party". Students were to prepare their character sprites for a dance party. At 3.30pm, we started the dance party (feat Katy Perry - Birthday) and had the students movin' around to look at their classmates' projects. They couldn't sit still after that.

Later on, several students continue their projects at home and compared their work over the ScienceCenter Whatsapp group.

Thank you to everyone who made this possible!
