We only sell bread, baked fresh daily and finished by night.
No shortcuts, no preservatives, no overnight leftovers — just honest buns and a whole lot of heart. 🥯

No water in JB today 💦 even Bukit Indah got hit.
Still… the dough doesn’t wait.

So yeah — today’s bread is officially made with Spritzer water. 😅

Every day begins with flour.
Mix. Knead. Shape. Proof. Bake.
It looks repetitive, but no two batches are ever the same.

Sometimes it’s tiring —
but seeing every tray come out perfect makes it all worth it.
