Things honestly didn’t go as planned at first. Most of our RGB lights stopped working and we were left with only two, so we had to improvise by splitting them and bouncing the light upward.

Really happy with how it turned out in the end. Sometimes you just make the best out of what you have 🎻🎬

"This world is not my home, I’m only passing through." 🌎

When I first heard the demo, I knew the visuals had to match the climax of the song, I envisioned an epic slow motion run as they sing "coming home." It represents that feeling of finally going back to where you truly belong.

We only had a 3-hour window before had to catch his flight, but thanks to the grace of God, detailed storyboarding, and an incredible crew, we pulled it off. Proof that pre-planning with and a shared vision can make magic happen in no time.

“Where do we go when we die?” 🎶
Some stills from our recent project, “Until the Morning Dawns.” This video follows a man grappling with loss who finds a glimmer of hope in the Word left upon the coffin. 🙏

The original storyboard had him as an office worker, trapped in the city’s busy life, realizing the vanity of it all during a heavy rain while returning from work. Stunning visuals of rain and cityscapes were planned to match the vibe of the song: but nature, location and budget didn’t cooperate, so that idea was shelved.

The second plan became a conceptual story of a traveler moving through life. Initially dependent on himself and technology. Following a ray of light which presented God's guidance, he gradually sheds his distractions and encountering God as the ultimate, brilliant light. However, after listening to viewer feedback, we realized the concept needed more clarity.

I initially aimed for highly conceptual, cinematic visuals, but I learned that sometimes the most profound messages require the simplest storytelling. We reshot key scenes and asked to takeover the B-rolls to ensure the heart of the song wasn't lost in translation. ✨

We filmed this MV “It Came Upon a Midnight Clear” at the start of this year, and I still remember how nervous I was stepping into this set. This rendition is special because the singers were also the instrumentalists.

The theme was intentionally dark with a heavy haze, which gave me a lot of challenges during color grading… but by God’s grace, it turned out beautifully.
