HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT BRA?! 👙

Choosing the right bra for your shape and size isn’t always that easy. Most women get frustrated with the experience pretty quickly because wearing the wrong bra can distract or even ruin a potentially great day. Sometimes you leave the store with nothing at all, and sometimes you leave the store with a bra that’s entirely wrong for you, which is arguably even worse. Luckily, it’s easy to measure yourself for the right bra size.

STEP 1️⃣: Find Your Bra Size
Put on a comfortable, well-fitting, non-padded bra. Choose the bra you feel most comfortable in--it should be snug but not dig into your sides.

STEP 2️⃣: Find Your Bra Size
Standing in front of a mirror, use a soft tape measurer to measure around your ribs right under your breasts. This is also where the band of your bra wraps around your torso. Pull the tape tight (not too tight okay!)

STEP 3️⃣: Find Your Bust Size
Wrap the measuring tape around your back and measure your breasts at their fullest point, usually at the ni**le.

STEP 4️⃣: Subtract your band size from your bust size
1 inch difference = A cup
2 inch difference = B cup
3 inch difference = C cup
4 inch difference = D cup
5 inch difference = DD cup

STEP 5️⃣: Combine the cup size with your band measurement, and you have your final bra size.

Also, don't be afraid to seek for assistance if you need it! If you aren't sure you're doing it right, stop into any lingerie store and ask a sales associate for help.
