Before becoming a modern sustainability landmark, the Entopia Building was a 1930s telephone exchange. Today, it stands in the heart of Cambridge as a world-leading deep-retrofit, ultra-low-carbon sustainability hub and the proud home of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL).

This October, delegates of the 6th Sustainability Leadership Programme for Financial Institutions, jointly organised by IBFIM and CISL, will experience a place where sustainability is not merely discussed, it is lived, tested and demonstrated.

The International Institute of Islamic Thought and Civilization (ISTAC-IIUM), founded in 1987 by Royal Laureate Professor Tan Sri Dr. Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas, was established with a profound mission to nurture scholars and leaders grounded in the deepest values of Islamic civilisation, wisdom and purpose.

The Purpose-based Islamic Leadership (PIL) Programme will begin with its pre-programme session in August 2026 at ISTAC-IIUM. We look forward to welcoming participants to this meaningful experience and to sharing the journey ahead.
