Geologist

We are a construction related testing laboratory and soil investigation contractor based at Jalan Kuching Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for a site geologist to liaise with clients, coordinate with our internal teams, and to perform various types of construction related testing at site. Requirement:
- Candidate must possess a degree in geology, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering or technical related discipline
- At least one year of work experience in related field
- Candidate must have a valid driving license and preferably a GDL license
- Computer skill in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.

Job Scope:
- Coordinate with clients and soil investigation drilling teams to ensure that the work is performed smoothly and comply with clients’ requirements
- Liaise with clients and go to construction sites to perform field testing such as soil tests, structural tests and roadwork tests
- Produce soil investigation borelogs, factual reports and various types of test reports
- Comply with company and ISO procedure to achieve the desired standard of quality

Laboratory & Field Testing Technician

We are a construction related testing laboratory and soil investigation contractor based at Jalan Kuching Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for a laboratory technician who can perform various types of construction related testing work at the construction site and in the laboratory. The testing work required include concrete coring test, field density test, CBR test (California Bearing Ratio), premix coring test, etc. Candidate must possess CIDB green card and driving license. Candidate with GDL license would be preferred.

Requirement:
- Candidate should possess SPM, certificate or diploma.
- CIDB Green Card is required
- Candidate must have a valid driving license and preferably a GDL license
- At least one year of work experience in related field
- Computer skill in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.

Job Scope:
- Coordinate with clients in the morning and go to site to perform various types of site testing.
- Field testing work include but not limited to Concrete Coring Test, Rebound Hammer, Field Density Test, CBR Test, Premix Coring Test, etc.
- Perform various types of laboratory testing include but not Concrete Cube Test, Concrete Core Test, Rebar Test, Compaction Test, Premix Density & Marshall Test, Soaked CBR Test, Aggregate Tests, etc.
- Assist with writing borelogs for soil investigation team at site.
- Comply with company and ISO procedure to achieve the desired standard of quality.
- Additional site allowance provided in addition to salary.
