Events Executive

Job Description:-
Looking for an experience event executive (fresh grads are welcomed) I managing large event portfolios with MNC clientele. Dealing with client and managing all aspect relating to the event requirements.

Requirements:-
• Pro-active, meticulous / attention to details, driven and self-motivated
• Strong Organizational / Managing / Coordinating and Multitasking skills
• Willing to learn and adapt to the industry
• Strong believer in ‘Team Work’
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Creative and ‘Thinking out of the box’ is highly recommended
• Familiar with Microsoft office systems (PowerPoint / Excel / Words). Other software skills is an advantage)
• Must be comfortable to communicate and have deal with client’s request not limiting to vendors and suppliers
• Strong presentation skill (as well as self-presentation)
• Have experience in managing event documentations and paperwork (Fresh grads are equally welcome)
• Willing to work long hour (subject to the event requirements) and on weekends
• Willing to travel as deem necessary by the event (Domestically and Internationally)
• Strong command of English and Bahasa (speaking and writing). Other languages is an advantage
• Any other ad-hoc job or work deem necessary by the event

We have completed small scale to large scale event, domestically and internationally. Setting ourselves to be a profesional and recongnized Event Service provided to our corporates client and beyond.
