E invoice for Phase 4 start on 1 January 2026, government has extend the transitional period from 6 months to 12 months.

In this period, you are allow to open consolidate e-invoice.

Company with turnover below RM 1 million will be exempt from comply e-invoice

Companies with annual revenue below RM1 million will be exempt from e-invoicing, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

He said the decision was made following a cabinet meeting yesterday.
