My History
Aims to be the one of the well-known property directory for all new properties which includes the residential and commercial developments in the property market.
Also to update on the new properties launching under our portfolio.
Also have possessed 3 years experience in Pproperty Development Division, whereby I am required to deal with Land and Survey, Municipal Councils, architects, and engineers as well as the other authorities including Ministry of Housing Sarawak in certain projects.
Besides the 3 years experience, as of 2019, I have possessed 8 years experience in the Sales and Marketing Division.
In present, I am selective to the type of projects available in the market, aiming to provide the best neutral and unbiased advise to the potential property buyers. Previously, have a few records of helping troubled property buyers in cases of dispute with developers that have violated the Ministry of Housing regulations.
