工作范围
➡️负责小红书与 Meta 的内容表现与节奏管理
➡️判断内容方向、测试策略与放量决策
➡️根据数据调整内容规划，对互动与转化负责
➡️配合现场拍摄与跨 MY ⇄ SG 项目协作
*主要项目与拍摄在新加坡
任职要求
✅ 2 年以上 XHS / IG 实战经验
✅ 熟悉平台机制与基础数据判断
✅ 可独立决策，具备结果责任意识
✅ 可配合跨国往返与外出拍摄
✅ China PR / 来自中国背景优先
