1） Stir-fried pork kimchi 泡菜炒猪肉
The pork belly is sliced thinly and cooked until crispy, then stir-fried together with well-aged kimchi & gochujang
五花肉被切成薄片煎至酥脆，再与熟成泡菜和韩式辣椒酱一起翻炒。
2） Kimchi Pancake 泡菜煎饼
Jeon is a korean pan-fried pancake coated with a flour batter.
Jeon 是一种韩国煎饼，用面粉糊裹制后煎炸而成。
3） Sotteok 香肠年糕
A combination of “so” (short for “sausage”) and “tteok” (from the Korean rice cakes known as garae-tteok).
