Have you ever tried making crispy prawn fritter & rojak sauce at home?
So addictive and I can add a lots of crispy prawn fritter/ cracker in my rojak. ๐๐๐
You can easily make this at home and no buying anymore.
Rojak sauce recipe:
Palm sugar 50gm
Sugar 110gm
Sriracha 2 tbsp
Belacan 1.5 tsp
Kecap Manis 100ml
Light soy sauce 170ml
Shrimp paste 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds
๐๐ปMake the Rojak sauce:
- Place all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan, except the sesame seeds.
- Simmer the sauce over low heat until the palm sugar & sugar dissolves.
- Remove from the heat and add in the sesame seeds.
- Let the sauce cool completely.
๐๐ปCrispy prawn fritter / cracker recipe :
Plain flour 75 gm
Rice flour 38 gm
Tapioca flour 38 gm
Baking powder ยพ tbsp
1tsp salt
Water 300ml
Method :
- Mix all the ingredients to form a smooth batter
- Heat up a non stick pan, pan fry like crepe at medium low heat until it set.
- Then deep fry iy until golden brown & crispy.
