We are proud to celebrate the achievement of our EDBA student, Sri Sivasankari, who successfully presented her Module 3 assignment on Cognitive Bias, Behavioural Strategy & Decision Psychology. The online presentation was attended by her peers as part of their learning journey experience.

As part of her learning journey, she conducted a comprehensive behavioural analysis of a recurring organisational talent management issue, applying advanced concepts in cognitive psychology, decision-making, and behavioural strategy. Her work demonstrated the ability to identify underlying behavioural patterns, challenge assumptions, and recommend practical solutions grounded in evidence-based thinking.
