Do You Know You Can Setup A Recordkeeping System For Your Business In Under 30 Minutes, Using Your Phone?
This is how to do it in just 5 steps:
Step 1: Open Google Sheets or Excel on your phone and create a new spreadsheet.
Step 2: Create 4 columns:
Date | Description | Money In (Income) | Money Out (Expenses).
Step 3: Every day, record every transaction no matter how small. ₦500 transport. ₦2,000 stock. ₦15,000 sale.
Step 4: At the end of each week, add up your Money In and Money Out columns to see your weekly position.
Step 5: At the end of each month, calculate: Total Money In minus Total Money Out = Your Monthly Profit (or Loss).
That is it, no more confusion, your business recordkeeping system is set up.
This system is simple enough for you to start TODAY.
Will you set it up this weekend?
Comment 'I WILL START' and I will check in with you next week to confirm!
And the best part is,
I can do this for you if you're too busy. Just message me!
Thank God It's Friday Tribe
Wishing you a salesful day 🙏

I Feel Exhausted After Every Delivery Day Or Big Event Because Of Paperwork.
READ THIS!
I know that feeling of exhaustion is normal after doing stressful tasks.
But what if you could minimise that feeling to its barest or eliminate it?
That's why I have this simple activity mapped out for you.
Do this:
1️⃣ Create one central sheet for all deliveries or events instead of keeping separate notebooks.
2️⃣ Maintain a daily 10-minute update habit.
3️⃣ Review your profit weekly instead of guessing at the end of the month.
These 3 simple steps are your lifesaver. Adapt them!
How many hours do you spend on paperwork after delivery or events?
What would you rather be doing instead?
Let's chat in the comments.

Small Businesses Are Confusing These Two Terms, And It Is Costing You A Lot!
The Terms Are: Revenue vs Profit.
Let me break it down here.
REVENUE: This is the total amount of money that comes INTO your business before any expenses are paid. Also called turnover or sales.
PROFIT: This is what is LEFT after you subtract all your expenses from your revenue.
Example:
You sell goods worth ₦500,000 in a month.
You spend ₦385,000 on stock, transport, data, and rent.
Your PROFIT is ₦115,000 not ₦500,000.
The dangerous confusion: Many business owners celebrate their revenue as if it were profit, then wonder why they have no money.
But the simple formula is: Revenue - Expenses = Profit. Please know this by heart.
Quick test: Do you know your business revenue for last month? Do you know your profit?
Comment on what you know, even a rough estimate counts!
Good morning!
