𝗜𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀
I’ll never forget the day I found Him…
The day my wobbly legs got their healing.
“Come, Talitha,” my Lord said to me,
“Let me take you on a journey to your destiny.”
Now, poco a poco, I watch as He leads,
Gently yet fiercely, cutting through the reeds;
Dominating the earth, implementing His will;
Pleasing the Father and fulfilling His heartbeat.
I’ll model holiness and righteous living,
Letting my light shine so bright for all to see;
Conforming to His Word, beyond moral mimicry,
Carrying His cross—aligning to Divinity.
Adopting His direction, initiating His patterns;
Submitting to His way, feelings, and manners;
Taking love as a lifestyle and obedience to the Father,
Embracing humility—ministering as a servant.
I’ll continue His works, I’ll continue to preach;
I’ll mark out and take every single territory!
I’ll live my life just as He did;
I’ll daily feed my Spirit and keep winning over sin.
If He healed the sick, then so will I;
He raised the dead—greater works shall I!
I’ll proclaim the gospel far, near, and wide,
Dealing with devils just like Christ.
He was found praying a great while before day;
I’ll do just the same—I’ll fast and I’ll pray!
He hung on a tree so man could be saved;
I’ll love just like Him, I’ll forgive right away!
I will fit in the shoe my Master left me,
Walking in His steps, living as He lived;
An ardent lover and follower forever will I be,
For upon the sands of time, our footprints will be seen.
