Facebook asks me to share my thoughts, so here's something. Not everything is suitable for social media. A couple of days ago, I saw a doctor on this app who I believe is a house officer, judging from his story. He was ranting that the workload is killing them, and he started to mention routine procedures they have to do on a daily basis during their calls.

I was astonished when he mentioned setting lines and giving IV medication, because what is so special about setting lines and giving drugs through it that even community health workers do.
But then I remembered the superiority mentality of some doctors, especially those at the top, who always want to make the public believe nurses are not good at what they were trained for by forcefully taking away procedures that add dignity and self-worth to the nursing profession. However, after collecting more than they can chew, the junior doctors complain of burnout, since they are usually the ones left with the work.

Ladies, you deserve accolades for your unwavering dedication. From managing household chores and school runs to balancing your careers or businesses, the responsibilities are endless. Additionally, the challenges of pregnancy and nurturing your children from birth to independence are significant. It's no wonder that women tend to age more rapidly. Just thought I should let you know that the world can't function well without you in it. You are truly amazing. - FAZARA NW care
