*Quick Update on Inemoni*

We are pleased to inform you that our NIP bank service on the Inemoni POS is now *100% back up*. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the downtime period. We kindly advise all customers with Inemoni POS to keep their terminals active as inactive terminals cost us a lot of money monthly. We have started restricting all accounts that Inemoni POS is mapped to but the POS is inactive, and we will retrieve those terminals from those agents.

We have also reversed our POS transactions increase, and transactions on Inemoni POS are now *0.5%* then now capped at *N100* for POS withdrawal and *N20* for bank transfer. Despite the current economic situation where the dollar is increasing daily against the Naira, we try to provide the best price on all our services.

We advise you to keep your POS active as we pay our PTSP and other relevant partners, and inactive POS will cost us a lot of losses monthly. Please note that the landing cost of each terminal is at *N75,000*, while we give out those terminals to our agents at a caution fee of **15,000 to N25,000*, which has already caused us a loss. Therefore, we expect a minimum of *80% daily activities* on those terminals from all agents, which means inactive terminals are not allowed.
