The second annual Youth in Evaluation (YiE) Week 2024 between (8th - 12th, July) will bring together young and senior evaluation professionals globally to promote meaningful youth engagement in evaluation. Aligned with the UN Summit of the Future 2024, the event will features over 50 virtual, in-person, and hybrid events in ten languages across all regions.

The event will build on the Youth in Evaluation manifesto and standards, focusing on their adoption within the evaluation community. It will also honour Youth in Evaluation champions based on their self-reporting on these standards.

The overarching theme for Youth in Evaluation week 2024 is ‘Upholding Youth in Evaluation standards’.
The events during the week will explore six dimensions of the standards for advancing intergenerational partnerships in evaluation:

🎯Evaluation practice
📣Advocacy & capacity
📡Knowledge & communication
🗂️Human resources
🏛️Financial resources
This event aims to strengthen intergenerational solidarity in evaluation.
