One thing I learned is working on a soilless farm that most people never talk about.

I spent months at a soilless farm , during my stay
Everyone talks about how clean soilless farming is, How modern, How efficient.

What they do not tell you is how unforgiving it is.
In soil farming, a plant can sometimes recover from neglect.

In a soilless system, if your nutrient solution is wrong, your pH is off, or your timing is late, the plant tells you immediately.

There is no hiding place.

That taught me something I now apply to agribusiness in general.

Systems that remove excuses also remove room for error. You have to be intentional every single day.
That is true for farming. It is true for business.

Sowing the Seeds of Resilience: My Journey as a Farmer

As a farmer, I've learned that growth and success are often rooted in uncertainty and hard work. My journey in agriculture has been a transformative one, teaching me valuable lessons about resilience, adaptability, and the importance of community.
