Deep words

Sometimes, like the horse in this picture, people carry wounds in silence.
They bleed internally from the actions of others, betrayal, harsh words, neglect, insensitivity, yet they never speak up.
They smile, serve, love ,and show up.... while hurting quietly inside.
And like the rider, many of us go about life unaware of the pain we cause. Not out of cruelty , but simply because we fail to notice.
We fail to check. We assume... Not every wound bleeds outward.
